Asian Business Association is a great organization and I am grateful for having had the privilege of serving you as President for the past two years. Though there were struggles and the road at times seemed long, the light at the end of the tunnel always turned out to be much brighter than it initially seemed. Throughout these two years we have grown in member numbers, we have been diligent in forming alliances with other organizations, whenever and wherever appropriate; to inform and educate you so you can grow your businesses; to keep you informed on issues that may impact your businesses; to be your voice and advocate on your behalf when issues do impact your businesses; and to give you ongoing opportunity to network and develop new business opportunities. None of the above would have been possible without incredible teamwork and we do boast an awesome team of tireless staff, devoted board directors, and faithful corporate partners, all working in unison to serve you, our valued members. As my term draws to an end, please join me in welcoming Mr. Joseph Jou, our incoming President for 2004. As Vice-President for the last two years, his wisdom, energy, and sense of humor have been invaluable to me and I look forward to continued service under his leadership. Finally, one last and sincerely heartfelt “thank you” to all of you who have supported and encouraged me these last two years, I will never forget this wonderful experience!
